Mr Austin Butler
Support Manager
IT Express Solutions Ltd
8 Mott Street
Helmsley
HW3 6NH

Dear Mr Butler,

Re: 1st Line Support (Job ID: A331)

I am writing regarding the above vacancy that I saw advertised on your company website.

I have just completed my undergraduate studies in BSc Computing for Business from the University of London, which has fully prepared me for this role. Key modules that I studied include: Programming Languages, System Testing and Troubleshooting, IT for Business and Professional Development. I have the ability to explain complex ideas and concepts to a non-technical audience, which I demonstrated during my studies where I had to design a complete IT system for a business owner.

I am a technical-minded individual with a passion for customer service. I have previously worked as a volunteer Sales Representative at PC World, selling electronics to customers. During my studies, I participated in many individual and group projects, something which has developed my communication, team working and leadership skills.

Having research your organisation, I was impressed by the size and reputation of IT Express Solutions Ltd., and the products and services that you are offering. It would be an honour to become part of your excellent customer support team, and I am convinced that my contribution will be significant and invaluable.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my application. I hope that you will find that I am the perfect candidate for this role, and I look forward to becoming a valuable member of your technical team.

Yours sincerely,

Luke Martin.
