After graduating with a 1st Class Honours degree in Engineering from the University of Bath, I was fortunate enough to be accepted onto a graduate scheme as a Trainee Electrical Engineer with Froude Hoffman in July 2015. Consequently, I have the relevant work experience as well as an excellent command of electrical theory gained through my studies; both of these combined presents me as a well-rounded candidate with the high potential to add benefit to your company’s successes.
My practical work experience includes designing, installing and maintaining electrical systems and their components in various sectors. I am familiar with all standard testing methods of electrical equipment as well as having an excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations. I have a talent for mathematics and possess a creative and analytical mind. In the past, I have worked with various professionals, including builders, contractors and engineers, which has significantly improved my communication and team working skills.
Having researched your company, I am intrigued and excited by your staff development programme, as it’s obvious you take pride in the progression and motivation of your employees. I am also aware that you offer various extensive Engineering training courses which could immensely add to my knowledge and skills within the field. Your reputation greatly encourages me, and the opportunity to join your team would not be undervalued.
