Main duties performed:

  • Installing, configuring and maintaining network services, equipment and devices
  • Maintaining a network system of over hundred and twenty devices
  • Monitoring system operations and resources and implementing measures to improve its performance and efficiency
  • Coordinating with other professionals regarding any network issues
  • Managing bandwidth using Cyberoam
  • Installing or upgrading software systems such as OS and MS Office
  • Building, maintaining and repairing computers
  • Upgrading or replacing hardware components of devices
  • Configuring routers, firewalls, DNSs, e-mail servers and web services
