My first-class degree in BSc Food Science from the University of Liverpool and two years of working as a Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach has given me an in-depth knowledge of food and nutrition, and extensive experience in designing plans tailored to each clients’ dietary needs. I have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills throughout my career, with the ability to successfully communicate the importance of healthy lifestyle choices to my clients.
