I am currently working as a Chemistry Teacher at Summerfield Secondary School, where I have been teaching since 2015. My key responsibilities include; creating lesson plans, delivering lessons and lectures using a variety of delivery methods, organising laboratory activities, undertaking assessment, and monitoring the progress of students. I thoroughly enjoy my job, and I get great satisfaction from seeing students realise their full potential.
I have excellent leadership skills with the ability to encourage and motivate a large group of young people to complete their given tasks and assignments. My excellent communication skills enable me to work daily with a variety of individuals such as students, staff and parents. I also possess excellent research and writing skills, which has significantly aided my ability to organise and deliver lessons on a variety of scientific subjects.
