Dear Mr Williams,
Re: Customer Service Advisor (Vacancy Ref: JJ29)
I recently came across a job advertisement in the Halifax Express highlighting an opening in your company for the position of Customer Service Advisor. After reading the job description and specification, I became convinced that I would be a perfect fit for this role.
One of my key strengths, which I developed during my school and college studies, is my ability to communicate effectively with other people. Consequently, I am able to offer clients short and clear explanations and advice about their purchases. Customer service is another thing I am passionate about, and I have an excellent track record of dealing with clients when I was working as a Store Assistant at Next as part of my 2-week long work experience. Besides selling to customers, I also dealt with customer enquiries, problems and complaints. My priority was not only to protect the interest of the company but also to ensure that the customers are 100% happy with their shopping experience at Next.
During my years as a student, I have developed excellent organisational skill and the tolerance to work under pressure. I have never submitted any assignments beyond their deadlines, and I pride myself on being a perfectionist.
Primark is renowned for putting its customers first, and that is why it would be a great honour to be part of your customer service team. My outgoing personality, combined with my love for helping people and excellent persuasion skills, make me a real asset to your team and increase the overall productivity of your company.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking your precious time out to review my attached CV and application. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions, and I look forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,
