I possess excellent leadership skills, and I am currently supervising twelve warehouse staff and seven contractors. I am also liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, clients and company staff on a daily basis, something which has greatly improved my communication, negotiation and team working skills.
I have an excellent understanding of health and safety regulations, and I always ensure that staff members are operating in a safe and tidy working environment. In my current role, I have dealt with a number of health and safety emergencies, accidents, personal conflicts and client misunderstandings which I resolved swiftly and professionally.
