I was particularly interested when I came across your Meteorologist job vacancy which was advertised on cvplaza.com, and I wish to apply for this position.
I have just graduated with a first-class (Hons) degree in Meteorology and Climate Science from the University of Leeds. Some of the relevant modules that I studied include; Environment and Ecology, The Atmosphere of Planet Earth, Advanced Mathematics for Environmental and Geophysical Scientists, Earth Sciences, Meteorology, Climate Change: Science and Impacts and Atmospheric Physics. My degree programme has given me a comprehensive understanding of meteorology and accurately forecasting the weather.
I am a hardworking, analytical and technical-minded individual with a passion for science and mathematics. I am fascinated by our planet, natural phenomena and the delicate balance of our existence on earth. I have hands-on experience of working with various weather forecasting models using advanced computer programs and weather instruments.
I have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and I possess brilliant research and data analysis techniques. I also have the natural ability to work with a variety of people, something which I clearly demonstrated during my university studies.
