My responsibilities include; meeting with customers and understanding their holiday requirements, recommending suitable holiday or travel destinations, producing tourism guides, booking flights and making reservations, producing statistical and marketing reports, and ensuring customer’s holidays run smoothly and to plan.

I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and I have the ability to liaise and work with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
