I am currently working as a Tourism Officer at Summerfield Travel Agency, where I have been working for the past two years. My responsibilities include; meeting with customers and understanding their holiday requirements, recommending suitable holiday or travel destinations, producing tourism guides, booking flights and making reservations, producing statistical and marketing reports, and ensuring customer’s holidays run smoothly and to plan.
