For the past two years, I have been working as the Head Chef at Nino’s Restaurant. My primary responsibilities include managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food is prepared and served to the highest standard, training new employees, organising menus and introducing new dishes.
I have a great passion for food, and that drives me to cook the best food and provide the highest customer service to customers. My leadership skills allow me to build strong relationships with staff and motivate and encourage them to fulfil their duties.
