Dear Ms Piper,

Re: Catering Assistant (EF345)

I became really excited when I saw your Catering Assistant vacancy at my local jobcentre, and I hope that you will consider my application for this role.

I am currently working as a Waitress at Delicious Dines where I have been working for the past nine months. I am responsible for welcoming and greeting customers, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the dining tables are clean and tidy. I have also regularly taken on cleaning duties in the kitchen and throughout the restaurant.

I am a friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. My excellent communication skill enables me to build good relationships with customers, which encourages them to return to the restaurant.

I am particularly interested in working at your restaurant because of Rico Tapas’s excellent reputation for providing the best food in town. I firmly believe that my contribution will aid the smooth running of the restaurant and positively impact its bottom line.

Thank you for considering my application for the Catering Assistant role, and I look forward to meeting you to discuss how I can greatly contribute to the success of your organisation.

Yours sincerely,

~ Signature goes here ~

Emma Wright.
