For the past 14 months, I have been working as a Hospitality Assistant at Jimmy’s Restaurant where I am providing food and beverage services including breakfast, lunch and dinner. My key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, delivery food, cleaning and tidying up tables, dealing with customer enquiries and assisting other kitchen and catering staff to provide an excellent customer service.
